Your order will be delivered by a trusted courier directly to your doorstep in a sealed package.

Please note:

  • The courier company delivers the packages sealed and does not allow an open on door policy. Also it does not allow partial acceptance of the package.

  • You must accept the sealed parcel in full. If you wish to request an exchange or a refund after receiving your order, please contact us on our page or WhatsApp.

Rest assured, your rights are fully protected. Our exchange and return policy is designed to ensure a fair and smooth experience for both you and our team.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue, here’s how we can help:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or email to request a return or exchange.

  2. Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or InstaPay within 5–7 working days, provided the item is returned in its original condition.

  3. If the item is defective or the wrong design was sent, please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the item. After we investigate, we’ll confirm the refund or exchange and will cover the shipping fees. For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

نحرص دائماً على رضاكم التام عن مشترياتكم من خلالنا، ولذلك نرجو منكم التحقق من سياستنا التالية قبل الشراء:

  • شركة الشحن لا تسمح بفتح الشحنة عند الاستلام.

  • شركة الشحن لا تسمح بالاستلام الجزئي، ويتم استلام الاوردركاملًا.

في حال الرغبة في الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بعد الاستلام:

  • يجب التواصل معنا خلال ٢٤ ساعة فقط من استلام الاوردر عبر صفحتنا او الواتساب مع دفع مصاريف الشحن الاستبدال او الاسترجاع, و يجب ان يكون التصميم في حالته الأصلية.

  • في حالة الاسترجاع و بعد مراجعة الطلب، سيتم خصم مصاريف الشحن، و يتم رد المبلغ من الي الحساب البنكي خلال ٥ إلى ٧ أيام عمل، بعد استلام الشحنة من المندوب و معاينتها للتأكد من أن التصميم لم يُستخدم وأنه في حالته الأصلية.

  • و في حالة وجود عيب صناعة أو استلام تصميم خطأ، برجاء ارسال رقم الاوردر و صورة من التصميم، و سيتم تأكيد الاستبدال او الاسترجاع بدون مصاريف شحن اضافية.
